Do not modify any electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
Use facilities only as intended.
Do not exceed load ratings for electrical circuits.
Do not store or install any flammable or combustible materials.
Do not use any appliances, equipment or chemicals that may represent a fire hazard.
All loading and deliveries must be done during normal business hours.
Tenant must be present to receive any deliveries.
All Materials must be stored inside unit. No furniture or equipment allowed in common areas.
Freight, furniture, equipment and other large items must be loaded via the elevators during normal business hours.
Use only rubber wheeled hand trucks for loading and deliveries.
Be mindful to not scratch walls or corners.
Close doors carefully and securely.
Keep any trash in sealed waste bins and dispose of it regularly.
Your unit should remain uncluttered and free from any tripping hazards.
Respect quiet hours and keep noise levels to an acceptable level.
Live music/band practice is allowed but should not disturb other tenants or be heard from outside the building.
No strong smells or odors.
All signage and advertising must be approved by management before posting.
All guests must be accompanied by a tenant at all times.
